How the site earns money
When you submit a consultation request, that request may be forwarded to a participating practice, which may pay a fee to receive it. That is the entire commercial model. There is no charge to you, no membership, and no arrangement where a practice pays for a better clinical description than another practice would receive.
Because the model depends on enquiries, there is an obvious incentive to overstate benefits and understate risk. The countermeasures are structural: risks appear alongside results on the same page, no page declares a universal best option, and no page promises an outcome, a price or an appointment.
When and where a relationship is disclosed
- Above the content on any page where a participating practice is named.
- On the consultation form, before you submit, stating that your request may be forwarded.
- Never only in a footer link, and never in text smaller than the surrounding copy.
What a participating practice cannot influence
- The wording of any clinical, risk or recovery explanation.
- Whether complications and revision realities are described.
- The inclusion or ranking of options in a comparison page.
- Any claim about credentials, volumes or results that has not been independently verified.
What your enquiry does and does not trigger
| Step | What happens | What does not happen |
|---|---|---|
| You submit the form | Your answers are compiled into a written consultation brief. | No clinical assessment, diagnosis or candidacy decision is made. |
| Routing | The request may be forwarded to a participating practice. | Your details are not sold to unrelated advertisers. |
| Follow-up | A practice may contact you using the method you selected. | No appointment, price or surgical date is guaranteed by this site. |
What this page cannot determine
- This site cannot control a practice's own advertising, pricing or scheduling practices.
- Forwarding an enquiry is not an endorsement of any specific surgeon.
- You should verify credentials independently before any consultation.
Questions to ask your surgeon
- 1Is this website a practice, or is it forwarding my request to one?
- 2Who will contact me, and how did they receive my information?
- 3Does any commercial relationship affect what I just read?
Frequently asked questions
Do you rank surgeons?
No. There is no ranking, no 'top surgeon' list and no rating system, because none of those can be verified to a standard we would defend publicly.
Will submitting the form commit me to anything?
No. It produces a preparation brief and, if you choose, routes an enquiry. You can stop at any point and no surgical commitment exists until you sign a practice's own consent and financial documents.

Source verification & scope
This page is educational and source-verified against the references above. We do not yet claim a named physician reviewer: when one is verified, their name, credentials and review date will appear on this page. It does not diagnose, does not replace an in-person evaluation and does not guarantee outcomes.
